Remodeling your home can be very stressful — there can be a lot of time, money, hopes and dreams invested in both large and small-scale projects. We collaborate with you to ensure that you know what the plan is, if there are any problems and what to expect. We believe communication is key to a smooth relationship with our clients and we want your remodeling experience to be a positive one. We inform you in writing of the impact of any changes, upgrades, or additional improvements you request so you can make an informed decision while making these changes. If our clients are unhappy, we are too. Our goal is to provide you with a low stress experience that results in a high quality restoration or remodel that improves the quality of your home and your day-to-day life.

Providing high quality work can sometimes take a little longer, and while this delay can be frustrating (who likes camping in their own home?) it is always worth the extra time. Homeowners rarely need us for callbacks for repairs and if they do, we offer a one-year warranty for all NCH work.

Kerry Knestis has over 20 years of building experience. He has worked building high-end spec homes, remodeling and landscaping. His attention to detail, creative problem solving skills and love of construction make him an ideal contractor. Kerry can see what needs to be done, determine if it's possible and then create what you want, according to your vision.
